Office Hours

The PRISMA Office opens on March 4. 2025 on the below weekdays and times:

Tuesdays 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Wednesdays 10:00am- 2:00pm
Thursdays 2:00pm – 5:00pm

Ticket pre-sales for members only begin on March 4, in person or can be purchased online.

Sail to Symphony pre-sales open on March 15

General ticket sales open on March 25. If you want to make use of the member pre-sales to reserve your favourite seats we invite you to become a PRISMA Member, starting at $50.

The office location is in Townsite Market on the bottom floor next to Townsite Fruit & Veg.
