    Celebration of the Senses - A Showcase of Music, Food and Art

    PRISMA students and guest artists will perform a preview of symphonic and chamber music from the festival at this free, family friendly event. Enjoy a variety of food while perusing displays of art to the euphonic sounds of local musical acts. Bring your own chair or blanket to enjoy the culture and scenery at beautiful Willingdon Beach.

    Selected PRISMA students

    During this exciting concert, ten to twelve qualifying students will compete to win the coveted prize of a week performing with the Moscow Symphony Orchestra in Russia.  Only three of these students will make it to the final round of the concerto competition that will take place during the symphony concerts on June 20. The stakes are high and the expectations are even higher.

    Pacific Philharmonic - Arthur Arnold Conductor, Finalists PRISMA Concerto Competition

    As the two weeks of PRISMA come to a close, students and faculty will perform together one final time. At this evening’s concert, the three concerto competition finalists will perform as soloists and a winner will be determined and announced. This concert is bound to raise audiences to their feet when the baton is lowered for the last time.

    PRISMA Guest Artists

    PRISMA guest artists from around the globe will treat attendants at tonight’s concert to performances in quintets, octets and larger groups. Tonight’s show will combine the experiences of seeing some of the world’s finest orchestras into one as you see several of their best performers take to the stage together.
